A BOARD PRESIDENT’S PERSPECTIVE

Built from the board side of the table.

CMS of Idaho grew out of over a decade spent serving as an HOA board president and in other roles in several communities, along with 25 years of experience in property management. That experience shaped an understanding of what volunteer boards need: useful guidance, timely updates, and follow-through from honest people.

Homeowners, renters, first-time buyers, longtime residents, retirees, and families all contribute to a neighborhood. Respectful communication and individual attention are central to our approach.

FOR INDIVIDUAL RENTAL OWNERS

A clear point of contact for your rental property.

Tell us where your property is located, whether it is occupied or vacant, and which responsibilities you would like help managing.
